La próxima es una transcripción de un sermón grabado por el Obispo Primat Michael Curry para el servicio de culto de apertura de la 80ª Convención General de la Iglesia Episcopal, que se reúne en Baltimore hasta el 11 de julio. Me dejo iniciar dándoles la bienvenida a todos y cada uno de los que con nosotros están en este día, tanto virtual como físicamente aquí en Baltimore. Es un gozo y un auténtico privilegio estar en esta 80ª Convención General de la Iglesia Episcopal aquí en la localidad de Baltimore. Fui bendecido y favorecido de ser útil por 12 años aquí en la Iglesia de Santiago, y recuerdo esos años con enorme cariño.
